Growing town, careful builds
New Braunfels is northeast of San Antonio in Comal County, and it is one of the towns on our list. We build custom homes, take on renovations and additions, and build outdoor living spaces for owners in and around the city.
As with every project, it starts with a walk of the site and an honest conversation about scope, schedule and what the land allows.

What New Braunfels asks of a build
New Braunfels sits where the Hill Country meets the prairie, so ground conditions can be very different from one side of town to the other: limestone and slope to the west, heavier clay soils to the east. The foundation design has to match the lot it is on.
The Comal and Guadalupe rivers run through the area, and property near the rivers can come with floodplain requirements that affect elevation, drainage and where a house can sit. That is worth checking before a design is final.
The city has grown fast, with owners building new on acreage outside town or adding on to a house they already love. Both need a builder who plans the structure properly and keeps the schedule in writing. For an addition, that means real foundations tied into the existing house, not a new room that settles away from the old one.
